At Calli Co. Silver, we want you to love your jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All pieces must be returned in their original packaging to ensure the integrity of the sterling silver.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Calli Co. gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned silver for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
